## 前言

> 开发此款插件的原本目的是给我的群加上欢迎退出的语句，但是写着写着就想为什么不直接写个群管，本人一向比较喜欢轻量化的东西，一些基本用不到的功能一般不会增加，虽然也不能说是浪费性能毕竟也就几句代码，但是就是感觉不是很舒服\~，所以轻群管就出来了\~
